DESCRIPTION

1%-60%RH Nitrogen Dry cabinet is especially designed with adjustable humidity control and nitrogen supply to prevent moisture and oxidization damage on specific products,this cabinet is the optimal storage expert for IC/BGA/PCB. NetDry newly developed design greatly increases dehumidifying system which runs faster and more reliable compare to those traditional dry cabinets. it decreases the defective rate at production line meanwhile. All NetDry manufactured nitrogen cabinets comply with J-STD-033B standard.

FEATURES

  • The whole cabinet adopts 1.2mm galvanized steel with Dupont baking varnish,which is strong corrosion resistant, 3.2mm high intensity toughened glass.reinforced structure,excellent load-bearing and sealing performance.
  • It adopts US import Honeywell humidity sensor; temperature and humidity can be independently displayed,with memory function,no longer to reset humidity after power failure.
  • With Black color (ESD models) or White color(non ESD models)
  • Zinc alloy lock with perfect air tightness and anti-theft function.
  • Front two PU casters with brakes for easy move and stand.
  • Equipped with nitrogen gas input connector and nitrogen flow-meter,the system will automatically cut off nitrogen supply when humidity in the cabinet achieves setting value. Once humidity rise above setting value,the system will automatically open nitrogen supply. Compared to other Nitrogen cabinets, it saves 70% nitrogen consumption.
